An organic red wine made from a blend of Monastrell and Syrah, dark red-maroon in colour. Red berry aromas on the nose, with a light touch of balsamic. Familia Pacheco Organic is a balanced, full-bodied, fresh wine enhanced by seasoned tannins and ripe fruit.

Widely considered one of the best wineries in Jumilla, Viña Elena is headed up by Elena Pacheco and her three sisters, who are setting the bar incredibly high with the wines they are producing. Monastrell is the predominant variety in the Viña Elena portfolio and flourishes in the nutrient poor, limestone soils. Trained using the traditional Spanish method ´en vaso´, the wines produced by Viña Elena are thoroughly Mediterranean in style, certified organic and offer outstanding value.
17 hectares of 13 year old and old vines, 500 metres above sea level, set within the semi-arid, hilly landscape of northern Murcia in the south-west of Spain, producing full-flavoured, well-coloured grapes which in turn produce wines full of character. 80% Monastrell (40 years old), 20% Syrah (8 years old wire trained).
A family run certified organic winery, Bodegas Viña Elena is a member of the ‘Consejo de Agricultura Ecológica de la Región de Murcia’ (Organic Agriculture Council of the Region of Murcia).
