This selection is truly different, perfect for wine tasting or for your wine rack to have wines for different occasions!

What's in this case of 12 best organic wines:

1 bottle of mineral and quite rich Vale da Capucha Alvarinho 2012 from Lisbon, Portugal; it is a richer and fuller style of Portuguese - think of apples, stone fruit but also complexity and rich mouthfeel. We recommend chicken and meatier fish dishes with it.
1 bottle of Il Terraio from Tuscany, Italy; this wine truly excited with its story, but also delights with fresh and aromatic flavour profile.
1 bottle of Ciu Ciu Pecorino, Offida, Italy; organic Pecorino is greeny - yellow and has a pleasant floral nose with clean, refined aromas of banana, apple, hazelnut and plum followed by a hint of vanilla. The mouth follows the nose, a slightly round attack however balanced, agreeable crispness, good body and intense flavours. Great with risotto and grilled cheese.

1 bottle of Riesling by the oldest organic cooperative in Alsace - Cave de Ribeauville; extremely elegant Alsace Riesling with citrus and floral aromas. A fruity zesty wine with mineral character - exactly what would you expect from a quality white wine made of this grape variety. The wine has some noticeable saltiness, a bit of acidic kick because of its youth and definitely a lot of pleasant minerality.

1 bottle of Sedilesu Cannonau 2014 Mamuthone, Italy -Old vines Cannonau which straddles the line between power and precision. Packed with sweet earthy fruit and the Cannonau bruised plums, but there's some excellent freshness too care of low yields and extremely good winemaking!

1 bottle of Fatalone Primitivo from Puglia, Italy; it is one of our organic stars and is truly a remarkable wine full of strawberries and balsamic flavours. Our customers love with with steak and also game - let us know what will you prefer!
1 bottle of elegant Clos Henri Petit Pinot Noir 2015, Marlborough (New Zealand); whilst this bottle really does not need much introduction - enough has been said by Decanter magazine when they have announced this wine is Highly Commended and one of the rare in the list of wines to be certified organic! It is a red fruit, red currant and herbal explosion coupled with some bitterness and even further complexity. Think of chicken or, if you are vegetarian, mushroom and thyme dishes - this wine is complex and delicate to make your most exquisite dishes sing!
1 bottle of classic Rioja Crianza called Hacienda Grimon 2013 generous aromas of black fruits with black pepper and sweet spices. The palate is quite full bodied for a Crianza due to the quality of fruit used and longer than average ageing in oak. The ripe tannins and fresh acidity balance the richness of the fruit which results in an elegant and classy Rioja.
1 bottle of Castrillo de Duero by Alfredo Maestro - a biodynamic red wine from Ribera del Duero, a very rich and earthy oaked Tempranillo. Flavours of layered dark and red fruit, polished tannins, freshness, and elegance. We just love how earthy this wine is - is has depth, balance and great complexity.
1 bottle of Sao del Coster 'S' 2015 from Priorat (Spain) which is a triumph of this winery that produces expressive but rich reds naturally. Match it with tapas or enjoy with meatier dishes.
1 bottle of Segna de Cor, Domaine Le Roc des Anges from Cotes du Roussillon Villages. Lively and fresh in the mouth, gentle flavours of red grape and sweet berry, dried spices and roasted herbs. Clean, lingering finish. Translated as a Stone of an Angel, it really delivers on minerality and fruit without being too heavy.
Finally, something to surprise you. Remember those cheap and cheerful red sparkling Lambruscos from years back? Well. This time it is turn to turn our head to this organic Lambrusco made in a very quality fashion. So much so it has been reviewed by Independent by one of the best Lambruscos in the UK, not surprisingly the only one organic available! Meet Venturini Baldini Monoblocco Lambrusco from Emilia Romagna. It is ruby red in colour with violet reflections, fragrant herbs and juicy black berries on the nose and a fresh, semi dry flavour with tannic sensations. Perfect with meat filled ravioli, parma ham and antipasti.
