This organic white wine possesses a blissful, clean and brilliant yellow with green highlights dancing in the light. In nose abundant amounts of white and tropical fruit, fresh flowers and hints of toasted bread. In the mouth, fresh attack with a good acidity, silky, well balance with long lingering finish. Elegant notes and full flavour. Round and very tasty.

Blanc of trilogía comes from a careful selection of the best whites grapes on the estate. Sauvignon blanc’s acidity, Muscat´s aromatic elegance, Verdil´s roundness, make it a unique white wine. Its personality makes it a pleasant, fresh and complex wine, perfect for tasting and drinking any time.
Grape Varieties: Sauvignon Blanc 33%, Verdil 33%, Muscat 33%.
Ageing: 50% of it was aged for 4 months in French oak barrels, 50% - in stainless steel tanks.
Drinking temperature: 9-11°C
The grapes come from plots with soils that are predominantly calcareous, with sandy parts and pebbles. This wine combines musts from various types of quite lengthy maceration. 50% of this wine has spent 4 months in new oak casts to enhance the silky personality.
